Statement

Clearing Gem Art is a mixed media collage, mainly used gemstones and artificial flowers, made by Akiko Tanaka. Her works are inspired by nature and her personal experience of life. She was fascinated by the radiant beauty of crystals and its strong existence. She believes gemstones are one of the awesome mediums intimately connected to sensibility of human beings. So now she is trying to express her unconditional love for all creatures with her works, and hoping to be of use to people being in complete harmony of nature.

All of her works are abstract expression, and most of them are not define fixed directions up and down or right and left. They can be displayed in the direction for your choice according to space, atmosphere and your feeling. It would be pleased if you would enjoy different impression with your feeling and atmosphere on a moment-to-moment basis.
